In Japan, the bento box is more than just a convenient way to bring your lunch to work. It's an art form. And while you might not be able to create the same level of beauty and complexity as a professional bento artist, you can still put together a delicious and healthy bento box lunch for yourself.

Ingredients: -1 can (15 oz) of tuna, drained -1/2 cup of diced celery -1/4 cup of diced red onion -1/4 cup of diced green bell pepper -1/4 cup of Mayo -1 tsp of dried parsley -1/2 tsp of dried basil -1/4 tsp of garlic powder -1/4 tsp of onion powder -1/4 tsp of black pepper

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine tuna, celery, red onion, bell pepper, mayo, parsley, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

2. Mix ingredients together until desired consistency is reached.

3. Serve chilled and pack in your bento lunch box.

1 cup cooked and cooled quinoa, 1/2 cup red pepper, 1/2 cup of cucumber, 1/2 cup of tomato, 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese, 1/4 cup chopped red onion, 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon honey,  Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Rinse 1 cup of quinoa in a fine mesh strainer.

2. In a medium saucepan, bring 1½ cups of water to a boil.

3. Add the rinsed quinoa and return to a boil

4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 12-14 minutes, or until the quinoa is cooked through.

5. Remove from heat and fluff with a fork.

6. Allow to cool completely.

7. In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, diced red onion, diced red pepper, diced cucumber, diced tomato, feta cheese, red onion and chopped parsley.

8. In a small bowl, whisk together, 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon honey,  salt, and pepper.

9. Pour the dressing over the quinoa salad and toss to combine.
