Energy balls are a healthy and nutritious snack that can help give you the energy you need to power through your day. They are easy to make ahead of time and can be stored in the fridge or freezer for a quick and easy snack. I love their portability and can be easily packed in a Bento lunch box or bag. =
If you've made a lot they're great to share with friends with food allergies or sensitivities as they can be made without gluten, dairy, or nuts and are so satisfying that they can help people like you and I avoid unhealthy junk food.
These are just a few of the many reasons why energy balls are a great option for lunch boxes. If you're looking for a healthy and nutritious snack, look no further than the energy ball!
